Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, finishes to a variety of surfaces, replacing drywall from start to finish and some flooring, across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet Einig's Painting & More's specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects from apartments, Homes, businesses to barns etc. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately determine project scope and specifications Perform surface preparation tasks including plastering, caulking, priming Execute renovation and restoration projects by working on existing structures with precision in trim carpentry, fixture installation, framing, and drywall finishing Maintain safety protocols on all job sites while handling all materials Carpet tear outs and replacement Keeping a clean and organized work space Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting, or industrial painting environments with a strong understanding of on job site safety practices Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, brushes, rollers, power tools including drills and sanders Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise application of paint and coatings Experience with hanging and finishing drywall Additional skills such as carpentry (trim carpentry or framing), handyman experience or maintenance work are advantageous but not mandatory Being on time Willing to train the right candid with no experience Join us to bring vibrant transformations to life! Pay:
$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
