This role is ideal for someone experienced across multiple trades who is motivated to keep learning and improving. What You'll Do Tile installation and repairs Carpentry and trim work Drywall repairs and finishing Door installation and repairs Light plumbing and electrical work Deliver quality craftsmanship and strong customer service Pay & Benefits $25/hr during training Hourly + incentive pay after training PTO + paid holidays Company vehicle, gas card, and uniforms provided Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM No weekends No on-call work Requirements Must have your own tools Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Reliable, honest, and customer-friendly Independent and motivated to learn Works well under pressure Why Join Us Consistent workflow and company-provided leads Variety of projects and skill development Flexible, team-oriented culture Leadership opportunities as the company grows
