Painter / Drywall Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Painter with drywall experience to join our growing team. This role involves interior and exterior painting, as well as drywall repairs and finishing work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. What You'll Be Doing Interior and exterior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) Drywall repair: patching holes, cracks, water damage Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a clean, paint-ready surface Match textures (orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish) Properly prep and protect job sites before starting work Deliver clean, professional results on every job What We're Looking For Solid experience in painting AND drywall finishing Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Own basic tools (brushes, rollers, drywall knives, etc.) Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Good communication and professionalism on-site Bonus Skills Texture matching experience Light carpentry or general handyman skills Experience working in occupied residential properties Why Work With Rapid Steady flow of work orders Fast-paced environment (we keep you busy) Opportunity to grow with a scaling company Straightforward, no-nonsense team
