Responsibilities Perform thorough window cleaning on residential buildings, including glass panes, frames, sills, and screens. Use specialized cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless results. Safely operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows. Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures when working at heights or with equipment like scissor lifts. Conduct routine inspections of work sites to ensure quality and safety compliance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Assist with general janitorial or custodial tasks around the property as needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services, preferably in residential settings. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment. Ability to operate a scissor lift safely and confidently when required for elevated window access. Strong attention to detail to ensure all windows are cleaned to the highest standard. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Physical stamina and agility to perform cleaning tasks that may involve climbing ladders or working at heights. A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
