Overview Join our dynamic team as a Siding Installer and play a vital role in transforming exteriors with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of siding materials to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial buildings. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal to specifications outlined in blueprints or schematics Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary primers or sealants to ensure proper adhesion Use hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, nail guns) safely and efficiently during installation processes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute siding projects Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials while following safety protocols Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the installation process Collaborate with team members on framing, trim carpentry, caulking, and other related tasks to achieve seamless finishes Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading for siding projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques used in siding installation Strong background in construction site experience including framing, roofing, masonry, or remodeling projects Knowledge of schematics, metal stud framing, plumbing, tile laying, stucco application, concrete forming, welding, restoration work and heavy lifting techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics for precise installation Skilled in caulking and trim carpentry for finishing touches that enhance durability and appearance Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction estimating, heavy lifting, scaffolding use and site safety procedures Join us as a Siding Installer where your skills will make a lasting impact!
