Job Description
Karin Ross Designs- leading design + build remodeling firm specializing in kitchen and bathrooms remodels in the Kansas City metro area. Kansas City's fastest growing new remodeling company is looking for expert bathroom and kitchen installers for a full time position. We only hire the very best. Looking for experienced general contractor labor for kitchen and bath remodels in the Kansas City metro area who is passionate about remodeling, team work and customer service on a daily bases. We need help and we want to hear from but not limited to painters, framers, tile guys, plumbers to make our existing installation team bigger. You will start as a helper to our lead guys with the possibility of position growth as we need to be able to see what you can truly do. If you do not meet our satisfactory quality control your services will not be needed. We are very busy and we need reliable people that truly can do all or most aspects of kitchens or bathrooms remodel. If applying for bathroom division must be able to do drywall, tile showers and floors, jetted tubs, showers, minor plumbing (shower valves and faucets) minor electrical. If applying for kitchen division must be able to set cabinets, crown molding, tile backsplash, installing kitchen faucet, lighting and tile flooring. We do medium to large residential custom bathroom and kitchen projects and we are booked months in advance. We believe the pay we offer is very good in the industry and it all depends of the experience you bring. We offer bonuses when job is completed on time and satisfactory from the first time. Must have your own truck or van and tools. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must be a self motivated and can work with little or no supervision.
