We are looking for responsible team members who can show up to work on time, and work efficiently. We work 7am

• 3:30pm Monday
• Friday.

You should enjoy your weekends, we don't make our employees work on Saturdays or Sundays. This is a friendly work environment. You will be treated with respect, and we expect to be treated the same. Pay is based on experience and your ability to finish jobs in a timely manner, while providing excellent quality. We are looking for team members who have worked as a full time painter, not someone that has occasionally painted. Painters are hard to come by these days, we're willing to pay top dollar for good painters. There is always room for advancement. We provide regular performance reviews and a pay scale so you know how you can advance your career and make more money. Project Leads make $30

• 35/hr with company vehicle. You must prove yourself, all new hires must go though a trial period. Unfortunately not all candidates are honest about previous work experience. We do about 80 percent interior work, and 20 percent exterior work. We don't do exterior work from November to mid March.
• Must have drivers license and a vehicle
• Must own a smart phone
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Experience with drywall repair is a big plus, but not required (Is required for a project lead)
