As a Remodeling Professional, you will be responsible for executing high-quality renovations, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans. Operate a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and drywall finishing. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Execute specialized tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, plumbing, electric, cabinet work, deck building, tile laying, and flooring installation. Utilize construction management software like Buildertrend to review plans, document progress, and communicate project updates effectively. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with construction estimating by assessing materials needed and providing accurate cost projections when required. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electric, tile and flooring, cabinetry or related trades. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise execution. Hands-on experience with various construction tools including hand tools and power tools. Understanding of building codes related to plumbing, electrical systems, framing, and restoration work. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike.
