The Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced and dependable 1099 Bath Installation Technicians to support our growing demand. This is a piece-work subcontractor role ideal for self-motivated professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality bath and shower installations.

Your Responsibilities:

Install baths, showers, tubs, wall systems, and related products. Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and finish work. Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites. Communicate product care and maintenance information to customers. Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

Experience in bath remodeling or related construction trades. Knowledge of plumbing systems, PEX, PVC, copper, valves, tile work, and carpentry. Strong attention to detail and finish quality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

General liability and workers' compensation insurance. Reliable transportation. Own tools. EPA Lead-Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain—we will assist).
