The Role:

We are looking for a true professional with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in home remodeling. You should be comfortable leading tasks and identifying solutions in:

Carpentry:

Framing, trim, and finish work.

Painting & Drywall:

High-quality finishing and textures.

Mechanicals:

Solid knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical.

Project Stewardship:

Identifying necessary materials, maintaining a clean/safe job site, and communicating effectively with the team and customers. What We Value (Our Core Values):

Requirements:

5-10 years of verifiable experience in home remodeling or renovations. Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Reliable work vehicle and your own professional-grade tools. Strong references and a clean background check. A smartphone with internet access for project logs and communication.

Pay:

$22.39 - $28.72 per hour.
