Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Laborer to join our team. You'll be the engine that keeps our job sites running smoothly. This is a physical role centered around material handling, site prep, and maintaining a clean workspace. No experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic and show up on time, we will train you and give you the tools to grow into a skilled trade.

Key Responsibilities Material Handling:

Load/unload drywall sheets and metal studs. Stock rooms efficiently so the hangers can keep moving.

Site Prep:

Tape off floors, windows, and fixtures to protect them from dust and mud.

Cleanup:

Active and consistent cleanup is a requirement. You will be responsible for scrap removal and sweeping to keep the site safe and professional.

Support:

Mix mud for tapers, move scaffolding, and assist the crew as needed.

Requirements Physical Strength:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.

Reliability:

You must have dependable transportation and arrive on time every day.

Attitude:

Ready to work hard and learn. We value "hustle" over experience for this role.

What We Offer Competitive Pay Range:

$20 - $26 per hour based on experience.
