As our company continues to grow, we are seeking experienced, dependable cleaning contractors who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering outstanding results. Position Overview As a New Construction Cleaning Contractor, you will play a critical role in preparing newly built homes for their future owners. Contractors are responsible for completing multiple phases of construction cleaning and ensuring each home meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Cleaning Phases Include:
Rough Clean Remove construction debris and stickers Clean windows, frames, and tracks Prepare the home for carpet and flooring installation Final Clean Remove protective coverings, film, and cardboard Thoroughly clean windows, floors, and surfaces Ensure the home presents a move-in-ready appearance Re-Clean (Touch-Up Clean) Perform final detail cleaning before homeowner occupancy Re-clean windows and affected surfaces Address any dust or debris accumulated after the final clean What We're Looking For Successful contractors are: Experienced in construction cleaning and job-site safety Knowledgeable about cleaning products, equipment, and industry best practices Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship Dependable and able to meet deadlines Strong communicators who work professionally with builders and team members Capable of managing multiple cleaning projects each week Requirements Previous construction cleaning experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies Current general liability and auto insurance (or willingness to obtain coverage) Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Why Partner With Ultimate Impression?
