If you can hang, tape, mud, and finish to a paint-ready standard and you want steady work with a crew that holds itself to a high bar, we want to hear from you. What You'll Work On Hanging drywall in residential and commercial environments Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing to established standards Matching common textures such as orange peel and knockdown Preparing surfaces for paint and final finishes Maintaining organized, professional job sites What We're Looking For Prior drywall experience required Solid understanding of job site workflow and expectations Dependability, accountability, and follow-through Comfort with physical work, including lifting materials and working at heights What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and referral program Clear expectations, steady work, and straightforward communication Requirements Valid, non-restricted driver's license Must be comfortable working with heights and be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Positive, team-focused mindset Our Hiring Process A short application with written questions A phone interview for selected candidates An in-person interview for selected candidates •We review responses to the application questions.
