Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across residential, commercial, and renovation projects! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces with expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations. Your craftsmanship will enhance the beauty and durability of various surfaces, from walls and ceilings to intricate trim and stucco details. Duties Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Use a variety of hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to execute detailed painting tasks. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately determine project scope and specifications. Apply paint, stain, or finishes to interior and exterior surfaces in residential, commercial, or industrial settings with attention to detail. Perform restoration work including masonry repairs, stucco application, drywall finishing, and fixture installation. Execute specialized tasks such as industrial painting, concrete finishing, welding prep for surface prep, and remodeling projects. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to construction site safety protocols and properly handling all tools and materials. Qualifications Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and scaffolding setup. Personal qualifications such as hardworking, reliable, and great work ethic Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise application. Construction site experience with safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
