Job Description
Legacy Enterprises is a large and rapidly growing construction company, specializing in both commercial and residential drywall, painting, metal framing, and more. We are looking for experienced manager to run the commercial division. Ideal candidates will be experienced in installation, takeoff, and management aspects of commercial projects ranging from hotels and apartments to restaurants and retail with knowledge of drywall, metal studs, change orders, project management, and QC as well as have a passion for sales and finding new customers.
Please note:
This position will have both salary and commission aspects to the compensation package.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in drywall and metal stud construction
- Knowledge of different types of drywall materials and their applications
- Familiarity with construction techniques and tools used in drywall
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
