We are looking for an experienced remodeling professional who can run projects independently—from start to finish—without the need for training or constant supervision. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remodeling Craftsman to join our dynamic team, specializing in transforming bathrooms, kitchens, and various home projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring clients' visions to life through expert craftsmanship and innovative solutions. As a Remodeling Craftsman, you will be responsible for executing high-quality renovations, ensuring every detail aligns with design specifications and industry standards. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional spaces that enhance homeowners' lifestyles and add value to their properties. Duties Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including prepping showers/baths for tile installation, installing tile, flooring installation, and fixture installation for bathrooms, kitchens, and other home areas Perform skilled carpentry, drywall, trim work, and general remodeling tasks Troubleshoot issues on-site and make decisions to keep projects moving Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on remodeling or construction experience (required) Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodels Ability to run a job independently without supervision Strong skills in TILING, carpentry, drywall, trim, and general remodeling Comfortable solving problems and making decisions on-site Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality work Valid driver's license with clean record Who This Is NOT For This is NOT a fit if you: Need training or constant direction Only have basic handyman or maintenance experience Are not confident running a full project on your own At Cloud 9 Homes you'll find: Consistent work—no chasing jobs Organized systems and communication Respect for your time and skill Application Question(s): Describe a full bathroom remodel you have completed.
