Facade Technician Location:
Las Vegas, USA We are a leading construction company in Las Vegas looking for a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair and maintain existing facades to ensure they are structurally sound and visually appealing
- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete facade installations and repairs
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with heavy machinery
- Communicate with team members and contractors to coordinate work schedules and materials needed for projects
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working with building facades or in a similar construction role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
