Landscape Laborer

We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team in a starting landscaping position with the opportunity to learn additional hands-on trade skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is interested in growing with a team that can teach a variety of skills beyond basic lawn care.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with lawn care, mowing, trimming, cleanup, mulching, planting, and general landscaping work. This position may also include helping with additional projects such as tiling, framing, drywall, accessory installs, basic construction tasks, and other job-site support as needed. Skills you may have the opportunity to learn: Lawn care and property maintenance Tiling Framing Drywall Accessory installs Basic construction and repair work Job-site organization and tool handling Ideal candidate: Reliable and willing to work Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical labor Interested in learning new skills Has a positive attitude and takes pride in showing up on time Prior experience is helpful but not required

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift, carry, bend, and work on your feet Must be dependable and professional Valid driver's license preferred but not required Experience with tools or landscaping is a plus This is an entry-level position with room to grow. We are willing to train the right person who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn.
