Experienced Sider/Siding Installer

Job Overview We are seeking an Experienced Sider/Siding Installer who is passionate about craftsmanship and dedicated to delivering high-quality siding installations. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in construction techniques and attention to detail will be vital in completing projects efficiently and safely.

Siding Installer Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute siding layouts. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, and applying necessary repairs before installation. Use heavy lifting techniques to handle large siding panels and materials safely on-site. Perform related tasks such as trim carpentry, stucco application, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless project completion. Siding Installer Qualifications Proven experience in siding installation or related construction roles with a strong understanding of roofing, framing, and restoration work. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material fabrication techniques. Familiarity with caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, welding, plumbing, drywall finishing, heavy lifting, and other relevant skills. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
