Sheetrock finisher/hanger

Overview We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and remodeling, with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes on various projects. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites. If you have experience in drywall, flooring installation, or frame carpentry, we want to hear from you! Duties Execute finishing tasks including drywall installation and repair, caulking, and painting to ensure a polished final product. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to understand project specifications and timelines. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately complete finishing work. Perform flooring installation with precision, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites to promote safety and efficiency. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations. Assist with other maintenance person tasks as needed throughout various remodeling projects. Qualifications Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or remodeling. Proficiency in drywall installation, frame carpentry, flooring installation, and caulking techniques. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina for lifting materials and standing for extended periods on construction sites. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
