We are now hiring an experienced Drywall & Painting Specialist to join our team. We take enormous pride in the quality of our finishes and believe every wall, ceiling, and painted surface should look flawless — as if it were our own home. If you're passionate about delivering perfect drywall finishes and beautiful paint work, and you want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, this is the place for you. We're looking for an A-player who has: 1. Multiple years of residential drywall and painting experience with a portfolio of high-quality work 2. Strong problem-solving and project management skills 3. A positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and a drive for personal growth
  • Key Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional drywall installation and finishing experience (Level 4-5 finish preferred)
  • Expert-level interior painting skills (cutting in, rolling, spraying, color matching, trim/enamel work)
  • Experience hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing drywall
  • Proficient with all drywall tools and paint application tools (airless sprayers, brushes, rollers)
  • Ability to repair damaged drywall and match existing textures seamlessly
  • Knowledge of proper surface preparation, priming, caulking, and sealing
  • Experience with both residential repaints and new-construction finishing
  • Carpentry/trim skills are a plus (baseboard, crown, door casing installation before paint)
  • A true self-starter who can complete full rooms or entire homes independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills — able to troubleshoot cracks, water damage, poor previous work, etc.
  • Professional communication with homeowners and office staff
  • Comfortable working at multiple job sites daily and on ladders/scaffolding
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs (sheets of drywall, 5-gallon buckets, etc.)
  • Valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Some of the work you'll be doing:
  • Full-house interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors)
  • New-construction drywall hanging and finishing
  • Remodel drywall installation and repairs
  • Kitchen and bathroom painting (including cabinets if needed)
  • Texture matching and ceiling work (knockdown, orange peel, smooth)
  • Minor carpentry related to drywall/painting prep
  • Occasional exterior painting and light handyman tasks Pay and bonus structure will be discussed during the interview, along with paid vacation, holidays, personal days, health insurance, and other company benefits.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a fast-growing company that truly values high-end finish work. We finish every job proud of what we've created — and we want you to feel the same way. If you're a drywall and painting expert who takes pride in invisible seams and perfect cut-lines, we want to hear from you! Apply today.
