Job Description
Entry-Level Tiler We are seeking an Entry-Level Tiler to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Entry-Level Tiler, you will be responsible for assisting experienced tilers in various tasks including measuring and cutting tiles, preparing surfaces, and applying grout and sealant. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in tiling and gaining hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- No prior tiling experience necessary
- Must have attention to detail and be able to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Must have own accommodation and valid visa
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced tilers with various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and laying tiles
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, cleaning, and leveling before tiling
- Mix and apply grout and sealant as directed by experienced tilers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn proper safety procedures for handling tools and materials
