Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Independent Contractor specializing in home remodeling to serve the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. In this role, you will handle a wide range of residential renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in carpentry, finish work, and general home trades, with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and clean job sites.
Key Responsibilities Carpentry Work:
Frame rooms, hang doors, install cabinets, and perform related structural tasks.
Finish Work:
Install and replace windows, trim, molding, and other high-visibility finish details.
Drywall Installation:
Hang, tape, mud, repair, and replace drywall for new and existing rooms.
Tile & Flooring:
Lay plank flooring; install wall and floor tile work including grouting and repairs.
Fixture Replacement:
Safely replace basic plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, faucets) and light fixtures/ceiling fans.
Site Cleanliness:
Maintain an organized work area and thoroughly clean job sites during and after remodeling work.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s):

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Construction or residential remodeling: 2 years (Preferred)
