We are a production-driven company that values clean installs, tight timelines, and a professional customer experience. Most of our shower projects are completed in 2 days , and we maintain a consistent workflow. We are not a "drag it out for a week" type of operation. Position Overview We are hiring a Lead Bathroom Remodeler who can take full ownership of jobs from demo through completion. This is a senior-level role for someone who can: Work efficiently without cutting corners Maintain a clean, organized jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners Deliver consistent, high-quality results on schedule You will be expected to perform at a level that supports a 2-3 job per week production pace . Need constant supervision or direction Struggle with consistency or communication Prefer slow-paced or drawn-out projects Cut corners or leave unfinished details Are looking for short-term or temporary work Responsibilities Lead bathroom remodels and solid-surface shower installations Manage job sequencing and on-site decisions Complete drywall repair, trim, caulking, and finish work Install vinyl plank flooring Perform minor plumbing and electrical work as needed Maintain a clean, respectful jobsite in occupied homes Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job Complete job documentation and closeout Collect final payment at project completion (We do very little tile work. Our focus is solid-surface systems.)
