OVERVIEW

My Bath Guy is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality bathroom remodeling with a focus on craftsmanship, communication, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role involves hands-on bathroom remodeling work including demolition, plumbing, fixture installation, drywall, flooring, trim, shower systems, vanities, painting and finish work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and values doing the job right the first time. Our projects range from one-day shower installs to full bathroom remodels throughout Central Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Complete bathroom remodeling projects with professionalism and attention to detail Read and interpret project layouts, measurements, and installation plans Perform demolition and site preparation safely and efficiently Install showers, tubs, vanities, toilets, fixtures, and accessories Complete drywall, trim carpentry, flooring, caulking, and finish work Install plumbing components and assist with light electrical work when needed Maintain clean and organized job sites Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members throughout projects Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable building codes Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining company tools/equipment Qualifications Experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, construction, or related trades Strong understanding of plumbing fixture installation and remodeling processes Ability to use common construction hand tools and power tools confidently Experience with: Drywall Flooring Trim work Shower/tub installation Cabinet or vanity installation Caulking and finishing Ability to lift heavy materials and work in active construction environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience Tile installation Framing PEX plumbing Glass door installation Composite/grout-free shower systems Light electrical work Construction estimating or project leadership experience What We Offer Above market pay based on experience ( example $700 per 1 day install ) Steady year-round work Family-oriented company culture Opportunity for growth and leadership High-quality projects and materials No high-pressure corporate environment About Us My Bath Guy is a veteran-owned bathroom remodeling company serving Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and surrounding Central PA areas. Pay:

$300.00 - $700.00 per day
