Tri Star Realty is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented construction and Renovation Technician to support ongoing renovations and unit turnovers across our multifamily portfolio in Philadelphia and South Jersey. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, and understands the standards required in rental property renovations. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in general construction and capable of handling multiple trades with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for completing projects that directly impact property value, tenant satisfaction, and overall asset performance. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt in the field, and a commitment to delivering clean, durable, and professional results. Work will be performed across multiple locations, so reliability, organization, and a willingness to travel are essential. Responsibilities:

Perform renovations and unit turns across multiple properties Install tile and flooring Complete basic plumbing and electrical work Hang, repair, and finish drywall Interior painting and general repairs Maintain a clean and organized job site Travel between job locations as needed

Requirements:

Experience in general construction/renovation work Ability to perform tile, flooring, drywall, paint, and basic plumbing & electrical Must have own pickup truck or van and basic tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently Willingness to travel between Philadelphia and South Jersey properties

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in multifamily or rental properties Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work orders
