Part-Time / W-2 The Opportunity We are a modern, high-growth Las Vegas contracting firm transitioning from a $250k to a $500k+ bid limit . Our current operations are focused on C-4a (Painting) and C-4b (Wallcovering), but we are moving into the full C-4 scope , with a heavy emphasis on Drywall and Metal Stud Framing . We are looking for a Full C-4 License Holder (or someone who has held it in the last 10 years) to join us as our Qualifying Individual (QI) . Why Join Us? Unlike traditional "old school" shops, our operations are Tech-Driven and Project Management focused. We utilize Lean principles and Agile workflows to ensure our field execution is precise and efficient. We are looking for an industry veteran who has the "Trade Know-How" and deep industry relationships to mesh with our high-level tech stack. The Role This is a laid-back, W-2 consulting role designed for a retired or semi-retired professional who wants to stay involved in the industry at a high level without the 60-hour grind.

Strategic Oversight:

Provide guidance on our expansion into full drywall and interior metal stud partitioning.

Quality & Compliance:

Conduct site visits at your own discretion to ensure our "Tech-First" execution matches the highest trade standards.

Occasional Meetings:

Participate in project strategy and board compliance meetings as needed.

Relationship Building:

Leverage your years of experience to help us navigate the local Vegas landscape.

Requirements Licensure:

Currently hold, or have held in the last 10 years, a full Nevada C-4 license (Painting & Decorating).

Clean Record:

A spotless history with the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB).

Mindset:

You understand the "Old School" trade secrets but appreciate a "New School" tech-driven business model. Compensation & Perks W-2

Monthly Retainer:

Consistent salary for serving as the license qualifier.

Performance Structure:

We are looking for a partner in growth—we offer an aggressive commission/bonus structure tied to the success of our larger $250k+ bids.
