What You'll Do:

Handle a range of skilled tasks with high competency, including: Installing luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring Bathroom remodeling (full or partial, including fixtures, tile, plumbing basics) Room additions and expansions (framing, drywall installation/repair, painting) Exterior yard maintenance (trimming, fencing repairs, deck work, general landscaping upkeep) Other duties: carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, assembly, general home repairs Deliver professional, high-quality work with excellent customer service and attention to detail. Plan your day and week to maximize projects, supplies, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Must reside in Prince William County, Fairfax County, or Loudoun County, Virginia (for efficient local response and travel).
• Proven expertise and hands-on experience (5+ years preferred) in the key areas above: LVP flooring installation, bathroom remodeling, framing/drywall/painting, basin plumbing, and electrical and exterior yard maintenance.
• R eliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Own basic tools (we provide specialty tools/materials as needed).
• Strong problem-solving, positive attitude, pride in craftsmanship, and ability to work safely.
• Pass background check.
• Willingness for occasional overnight travel (fully compensated and supported 1-2 times per year).
