Make-Ready / Maintenance Technician Silver Lands Management - [City, State]
Pay:
$16-$18/hr (DOE) | Full-Time Silver Lands Management owns and operates apartment communities and manufactured home parks across multiple markets. We are growing fast and looking for a skilled Make-Ready Technician to help turn units and keep our properties in top shape. Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 oncall rotation What You'll Do Turn vacant apartments & mobile homes Trash-out and clean units Paint, patch drywall, install flooring & trim Light plumbing & electrical Repair doors, cabinets, fixtures & appliances Exterior touch-ups, pressure washing & grounds What We Need 2+ years of make-ready, apartment maintenance, or construction experience Can work independently and get units turned fast Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Can lift 50+ lbs and work indoors & outdoors Why Silver Lands We're not a temp contractor shop — we're a real estate company building long-term careers .
