Detail Cleaning Contractor

Role Overview We are hiring dependable, detail‑driven Cleaning Contractors to complete new build cleanings, post‑construction cleanups, and final detail cleans . Contractors must deliver high‑quality, consistent results and be comfortable working in new homes, remodels, and construction environments. Key Responsibilities New Build Final Detail Cleaning — wipe down all surfaces, trim, doors, cabinets, shelves, and fixtures Dust & Debris Removal — remove construction dust from walls, ceilings, vents, baseboards, and corners Kitchen & Bath Detailing — sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, countertops, and appliances Window & Glass Cleaning — clean interior glass, remove stickers, paint, and smudges Floor Care — vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail floors based on surface type Trash & Material Removal — remove leftover construction materials, boxes, and debris Quality Checks — ensure the home is move‑in ready and meets company standards Follow Safety Protocols — proper chemical handling, PPE use, and site awareness Contractor Requirements Experience with post‑construction or new build cleaning (preferred but not required) Ability to lift 25-40 lbs and work on feet for extended periods Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across Lubbock Own cleaning supplies & basic equipment (vacuum, mop, rags, dusters, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists Professional communication with team leads and site supervisors Ability to work independently and complete jobs on time Must be dependable and punctual Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor Compensation Paid per project or per square foot depending on job type. Rates vary by size, condition, and level of detail required.
