Duties Clean windows on both the interior and exterior of buildings using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions Use ladders, or lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas Remove dirt, grime, smudges, and other residues to achieve a streak-free finish Inspect windows for damage or necessary repairs and report issues promptly Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during work at heights or in challenging environments Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good condition for optimal performance Assist with minor maintenance tasks related to window frames or sills when needed Experience Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor maintenance role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Strong attention to detail with a commitment to customer service Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and balance equipment safely Basic understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling equipment Join us in creating sparkling environments that leave a lasting impression!
