Responsibilities Install bathroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, cabinets, and countertops with accuracy and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure proper installation procedures Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete installations efficiently while maintaining quality standards Perform plumbing connections and adjustments to ensure leak-free operation and compliance with building codes Conduct construction inspections to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to project specifications Coordinate with project managers and other trades such as electrical or drywall teams to ensure seamless workflow Apply caulking, sealing, plastering, and finishing techniques to achieve a polished look in all bathroom installations Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and maintains a clean, organized work site at all timesExperience Proven experience in bathroom installation or related construction trades with a strong portfolio of completed projects Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to plumbing and fixture installation Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating costs, scheduling tasks, and overseeing project timelines Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures Skills in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation as needed for complex installations Background in related trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), or roofing is a plus Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Install drywall, texture and paint as required.
