Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows, ensuring streak-free and spotless results. Prepare work areas by setting up protective coverings and securing equipment to prevent damage or accidents. Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times during work. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure longevity and optimal performance. Document completed work and report any issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Ability to safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts while adhering to safety standards. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
