In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction-related tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in various trades and ability to interpret blueprints will be essential in delivering exceptional results across diverse renovation and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your hands-on skills and contribute to impactful construction initiatives. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities Perform a variety of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and metal stud framing Install fixtures, doors, trim carpentry, flooring, tiles, and perform painting using airless paint sprayers Conduct plumbing work such as fixture installation, pipe repairs, and water damage restoration Execute masonry work including bricklaying and concrete finishing as needed for remodeling projects Assist with mold remediation and water damage restoration efforts to ensure safe environments Support demolition, remodeling, and renovation tasks while maintaining safety protocols on-site Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating and hands-on construction site work Strong knowledge of construction processes including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical specifications Skilled in plastering, carpentry (including door hanging), caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry Experience with plumbing systems, fixture installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing Familiarity with the restoration industry standards for mold remediation and water damage repair Ability to operate tools such as airless paint sprayers and other construction equipment safely and effectively Prior handyman experience is a plus; must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid experience in construction painting, metal stud framing, framing carpentry, and remodeling projects is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship across diverse projects!
