About KYCO Services KYCO Services is a growing, full-service construction company specializing in drywall and finishing work. We proudly serve St. George and the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Execution- Perform drywall repairs and touch-ups in new and existing homes
- Match and blend various textures to existing finishes
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards Planning & Coordination
- Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, and team members
- Maintain tools and materials needed for each job Customer Interaction & Communication
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors
- Represent the company with a high level of customer service
- Address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Quality Control & Safety
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Ensure repairs meet company and industry standards
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently Qualifications
- Experience in drywall finishing preferred (taping and texture matching is a plus)
- Willing to train the right individual
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented What Success Looks Like in This Role
