The Carpenter will be responsible to construct, erect, repair, and install building frameworks, fixtures, and structures utilizing carpenters hand tools and power tools. This role may include functions such as blocking, framing, partitions, and form work.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, Drywall Hang using various materials. Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, and interior and/or exterior trim. Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal , plastic, and other materials. Build, inspect, repair and/or replace cabinets, doors, frameworks, ceiling, floor tile, wall coverings, siding, or window. Build rough Metal structures such as concrete forms, and scaffolds. Build, construct, install and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard Metal framing Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes. Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations.
Experience:
At least 3 year of related residential, commercial or industrial experience. Working experience with blueprints or technical diagrams., Finish carpenter
Requirements:
Knowledge of materials, methods and tools for the trade. Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Have tools of the trades.
