Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a skilled drywall installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks and possess a strong understanding of construction practices.Responsibilities:
- Perform water damage restoration and repair tasks
- Lay tiles and install fixtures according to specifications
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for accurate installations
- Conduct metal stud framing and drywall installations
- Execute construction plumbing duties as needed
- Complete carpentry work including fixture installation
- Utilize maintenance person skills for general maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in water damage restoration, tile laying, and fixture installation
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of metal stud framing, construction plumbing, drywall, and carpentry
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all installations
