Drywall Interior Trim Out

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Drywall Interior Trim Out specialist, where you'll be the key player finishing the interior of newly purchased mobile homes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in drywall finishing, trim work and attention to detail. Duties Install and finish drywall surfaces with precision, ensuring smooth, seamless walls and ceilings. Execute interior trim work including baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and window trims. Apply caulking, plastering, and painting techniques to achieve flawless finishes on walls and trims. Install fixtures such as door hardware, light switches, outlets, and other interior components with attention to detail. Adjusting framing as needed to square walls and doorways. Maintain clean work space while performing safely. Experience Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and interior trim out on commercial or residential construction sites. Skilled in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, door hanging, framing, and stucco application. Familiarity with plastering, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and painting. Knowledge of the industry standards and safety protocols related to construction plumbing, framing, and working on the marriage line of double wide mobile homes . This role demands a motivated individual eager to deliver exceptional craftsmanship while working efficiently.
