Lead Craftsman

We're launching a new locally owned Ace Handyman Company, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Craftsman who's ready to set the tone, take on all kinds of projects, and help us build a great team from day one. If you love solving problems, doing quality work, and helping others improve their craft — you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Handling a wide range of home repair and improvement jobs Carpentry Drywall Painting Tile Flooring Light plumbing & electrical Leading by example and supporting other craftsmen on jobs Talking with customers, explaining work clearly, and ensuring they're happy Keeping projects organized, on time, and done right Helping estimate, plan, and scope jobs Representing Ace with a friendly, professional attitude What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands‑on carpentry or multi‑trade experience Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, etc.) Leadership or mentoring experience (foreman/crew lead experience a plus) Great communicator who works well with customers Valid driver's license + clean driving record Organized, dependable, and easy to work with Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time What We Offer Competitive pay + leadership incentives Company vehicle & fuel card — or mileage reimbursement Paid time off + holidays A supportive, family‑like team culture Resources, tech, and training backed by the Ace brand Lots of room to grow as our new location expands How to
