We're looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our expanding team. Our projects range from multifamily units to commercial spaces throughout the Washington area. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work, can work both independently and with a team, and are eager to learn new skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and patching. Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications. Apply paint to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Assist with light repairs and general maintenance tasks as needed. Move, cover, and protect furniture or fixtures during projects. Keep work areas organized and clean throughout and after each job. Perform drywall repairs, including cutting out damaged sections, installing new drywall, taping, mudding, and finishing. Qualifications Available to work weekdays, 9 AM - 5 PM. Painting experience (+1 years required). Drywall repair experience (preferred). Maintenance experience (preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a reliable transportation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Why Join Us?
