Summary We are seeking a Drywall Finisher to join our team at Heritage Restoration Inc. This role is essential in delivering high-quality restoration services by applying expert finishing techniques to drywall surfaces. The position is based in the United States and plays a vital part in our mission to restore homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition. Responsibilities Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams, corners, and fasteners to achieve smooth, paint-ready surfaces. Apply multiple coats of joint compound, feathering and blending to eliminate imperfections. Sand and texture drywall surfaces to match existing finishes, including knockdown, orange peel, and smooth applications. Patch and repair damaged drywall in restoration settings, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding surfaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience in drywall finishing or a related construction trade. Proficiency in taping, mudding, and sanding techniques across multiple coat applications. Ability to match a variety of existing textures and finishes is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of drywall hanging and repair is a plus. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
