Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with professionalism and care—especially when working in occupied homes. Position Overview We are seeking a well-rounded, skilled tradesman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced across multiple trades who is comfortable working in occupied residential environments and delivering clean, high-quality repairs. Key Responsibilities Perform drywall installation, patching, and repairs Match and apply texture finishes seamlessly Complete interior painting and touch-ups Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, hardwood preferred) Perform finish carpentry (trim, baseboards, doors, cabinetry adjustments) Handle general repair tasks in residential settings Maintain clean and organized job sites, especially in occupied homes Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Preferred Qualifications Experience in drywall, texture, and paint repair Strong finish carpentry skills Flooring installation and repair experience General handyman or multi-trade background Experience working in occupied homes (highly preferred) Carpet repair or installation experience (a plus) Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For Detail-oriented craftsmanship Professional demeanor with customers Dependable and self-motivated Pride in quality work and cleanliness What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a respected restoration company
