Job Overview Cell:
(509) 985-5585. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for Prepping Houses interior/exterior, extensive use of painting materials, tools, machines. Your expertise will help transform raw construction materials into polished, aesthetically appealing spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential remodels, contributing directly to the visual and structural integrity of each space. Responsibilities Prep houses for interior/exterior painting Know how to use painting/primer machines Know how to use all other painting equipment/material on various interior and exterior painting and staining Collaborate with carpenters, plumbers, and other trades to ensure proper installation of fixtures and trim carpentry elements Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure precise finishing Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris and dust during and after completion of tasks Requirements Proven experience in drywall taping, finishing, or related construction site roles with a focus on drywall installation and finishing techniques Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and various building materials such as stucco, metal studs, masonry, and flooring Skilled in plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, door hanging, tile laying, and remodeling projects Familiarity with water damage restoration processes, mold remediation, restoration industry standards, and airless paint spraying is a plus Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction plumbing, framing (including metal stud framing), masonry work, fixture installation, and general handyman skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork orientation Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to high-quality construction projects.
