Description:
Point Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Renovation Technician to join our team in the metro Milwaukee area! The Renovation Technician will be responsible for the completion of renovations to the apartment dwellings at our properties. From demolition through final finishes, this person will take on each project in its entirety. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and enjoy working independently. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform demolition and preparation work for apartment renovations. Execute various renovation tasks, including drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cabinetry. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with property management. Travel between properties in the metro Milwaukee area as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance installation, and drywall/painting repair Strong knowledge of renovation techniques and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally Own basic set of hand/power tools High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willing to travel to different property locations throughout SE Wisconsin, as needed Employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance within 30 days of hire and 401(k) with match after one month of service!
