This role offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a diverse skill set, and are eager to make a tangible impact through their craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in construction, restoration, and related trades, demonstrating a proactive approach to project execution and quality assurance. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive construction tasks including drywall installation, mudding, taping and texturing. Install perform caulking, painting, and complete water damage restoration efforts. Support remodeling efforts by handling demolition, framing adjustments, and finishing touches aligned with client specifications. Maintain safety standards on construction sites while managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating and project planning. Extensive hands-on construction site experience across various trades including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Knowledge of the restoration industry with experience in water damage remediation and mold removal. Skilled in plastering, stucco application, drywall finishing, trim carpentry, door hanging, tile laying, flooring installation, and fixture installation. Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus. Handyman experience with a broad skill set across multiple trades is highly desirable.
