Exterior work needed is : Complete siding removal and replacement, using fiber cement siding which will be painted as it comes primed. Soffit and fascia, gutters need replacing. Exterior (square) columns need replacing due to rot. Landscaping, tree cutting, cement (garage, driveway and sidewalk replacement) along with mudjacking in the back. Potential sunroom addition.

INTERIOR

Drywall repair Wood Floor Replacement Kitchen remodeling, consisting of cabinet refinishing, countertop replacement, floor replacement. Bathroom complete remodel upper level. This is just a short list of "to do" tasks, looking to get the right crew(s) in and out with no B.S. And you get paid in $ and NO I dont do daily pay so that you wont show up the next day.
