Job Description

Pay Range:
$25-$30 per hour , depending on experience and skill level Join Our Team as a Drywall Repair Tech ! We're a fast‑growing home‑repair company looking for someone who knows their way around drywall. If you can patch, mud, sand, and make a wall look brand new, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Drywall patching, finishing, and texture matching Repairing holes, cracks, water‑damage areas, and general wall imperfections Light framing or backing work when needed Ensuring clean, professional job sites and excellent customer communication Driving to job locations using a company or personal vehicle
Requirements:
Experience in drywall repair (patching, taping, mudding, sanding, finishing) Construction background with strong hands‑on skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Physical Demands:
The Drywall Repair Technician role involves performing essential physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working on ladders for extended periods. The position requires the ability to complete construction‑related physical tasks with consistent hand‑eye coordination for detailed finishing work.
