We specialize in residential electrical work, including remodels, service work, panel upgrades, lighting, EV chargers, troubleshooting, and custom home projects. Our long-term vision is to grow into a full home service company offering additional trades such as plumbing and HVAC. We are looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd year registered electrical apprentice who wants to learn the trade the right way and grow with a company long-term. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in building a career in residential electrical work. You will work alongside experienced electricians, assist on a variety of projects, and learn proper installation standards, wiring methods, code requirements, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Assist electricians with residential electrical installations and service work Learn proper wiring methods, code requirements, and troubleshooting Help maintain clean and organized job sites Load and unload materials and keep vans stocked Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Follow company processes and installation standards Assist with remodels, service calls, lighting, panel work, device installation, EV chargers, and troubleshooting Support the team in delivering clean, professional, high-quality work Qualifications Must be registered with the Colorado State Electrical Board as a 1st or 2nd year apprentice Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and communication Able to work well with homeowners and team members Motivated to improve skills and grow in the trade Valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic and pride in doing things the right way Pay and Benefits Full-time, W-2

Employment Pay:
