Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites. Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment to perform tasks accurately and safely. Read and interpret blueprints to support project execution. Help with wiring homes in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Participate in site safety procedures, including hazard identification and proper use of personal protective equipment. Contribute to the organization of materials and tools required for various electrical tasks, including frame carpentry when needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or prior construction experience is a plus. Basic understanding of electrical concepts, including low voltage and high voltage systems. Experience working on construction sites or in a related trade environment preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and construction safety practices. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills under supervision.
