The Essentials Compensation:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday.

Location:

Serving Miami-Dade and Broward.

The Role:

Supporting the Mission You will work side-by-side with a Lead Craftsman to help seniors and busy families maintain their homes.

Your tasks will include:

Job Site Support:

Setting up tools, site preparation, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Assisting with

Repairs:

Helping with drywall patching, painting, flooring installation, and basic carpentry. Learning the

Trade:

Gaining hands-on experience in "Aging in Place" home modifications and general remodeling.

Client Interaction:
